Kirk R. Emick
Attorney Kirk R. Emick is a native of Iowa and earned his bachelor’s degree in Exercise & Sports Science from Iowa State University. He received his master’s degree from Drake University in Public Administration. Prior to attending law school, he worked in college athletics as a certified athletic trainer. Attorney Emick then received his Juris Doctor from Marquette University Law School. While at Marquette Law, he was on the Marquette Sports Law Review, was an active member of the Pro Bono Society, and earned the CALI Award for Trial Advocacy in recognition for receiving the highest grade in the class. He also was a law clerk for a firm whose practice focused on foreclosures.
Attorney Emick’s legal experience over the last several years has included insurance subrogation, creditors’ rights, as well as case work with the Wisconsin Court of Appeals. This experience has proved invaluable in preparing him for handling various legal matters presented to him, as he has successfully won motion hearings and trials for his clients.
